The Europe AF Trade Exhibition area will be held in the refreshment area on the third floor of the West Wing at the London Hilton Metropole and will be open to Pharmaceutical Companies, Medical Equipment and Medical Device industry and Publishing companies.

• Sunday 15 June from 08:00 – 18:30
• Monday 16 June from 08:00 – 16:00

Exhibition Stand Set Up Hours

• Saturday 14 June from 18:00 hours to Sunday 15 June at 07:30 hours

Dismantling Hours

• Monday 16 June from 16:00 hours to 18:00 hours

Exhibition Stand Position

Exhibition stand position will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the date upon which the request and deposit are received. The size of stands and number of company attendees at both the scientific sessions and gala dinner vary dependent on sponsorship fee.

The plan of the Trade Exhibition will be sent to you upon receipt of formal sponsorship pledge and at that point selection of your preferred stand position may be made. Each application must be accompanied with a 50% deposit of the total cost of your order. Payment must be made in sterling by cheque, bank transfer or by international credit card. No confirmation of exhibition stand position can be made without a deposit and formal order.
