The Organisers and Faculty of Europe AF 2009 would like to invite patients to join them in the following sessions on Thursday 24th September at the London Hilton Metropole Hotel. Attendance is not compulsory to all sessions and is complimentary to both patient and accompanying person. Patients Parallel Satellite Session (Hilton Meeting Rooms 1-4, West Wing)
For the first time, patients from Italy will be joining this informal Session which has been designed to allow discussion and interaction between patients and cardiologists in a relaxed environment. Light refreshments will be provided throughout this session.

LOCATION DETAILS AND TRANSPORT
The nearest underground station to the Hilton Metropole is Edgware Road or alternatively, Paddington which is also the nearest main line station and has an express train link to Heathrow Airport.
Gatwick Airport has a direct rail link to Victoria Station.
Waterloo International Station has an underground link to Hyde Park Corner or is fifteen minutes from the hotel by taxi.
London City Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by taxi & Heathrow and Gatwick airports are also served by a regular shuttle bus service to hotels in Central London.
Parking is available at the hotel at NCP rates.
